Associate that refers a candidate who is subsequently hired and remains employed at Averon Services for 90 days are eligible for a referral bonus payment in an amount designated by the policy. Any employee on Averon Services payroll can participate with the exception of Averon Services executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department, and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening or any employee involved in the hiring process. For US positions the bonus amount is $500. Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus. You will receive your bonus after the new employee has worked 3 months. Both you and the new employee must be employed by Averon Services at the time of the bonus payment.
Eligibility and Conditions.

• All regular full-time and part-time associates are eligible to participate in this program with the following exceptions.
• The referral submission must be sent before any interview and completion of the candidate’s application.
• If two associates refer the same person, the referral bonus will be awarded to the associate named on the candidate profile.

Averon Services reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral bonus program for any reason, at any time, and without notice
